About

This blog originally focused on Israeli-designed, Israeli-manufactured, and Israeli-used firearms, but I have since expanded it to include more of my personal shooting story. I still intend to keep an eye on Israeli developments as relevant. It will also include anything else I deem pertinent and interesting. Much like The Firearm Blog, my interest is “Firearms Not Politics”, so don’t expect a lot of commentary on the political situation in Israel.

I am a non-LEO, non-military civilian who just likes competition and training. I’ve trained with a lot of great industry instructors, such as Mike Green, Scott Jedlinski, Brett Harnish, Greg Ellifritz, Tim Chandler, Ken Bloxton, and others. My training regimen is about a class a month. I also shoot competitively as time allows – IDPA, USPSA/SC, and 2/3 Gun.

I AM NOT ASSOCIATED WITH AMG LAB OR THEIR SHOT TIMER. I get a weird number of queries on that, and I don’t know why. I like that shot timer a lot, but if you need to get in contact with them, please hit their web page.
